Choose from over fifty (50) well appointed, fully furnished Work Spaces in a flexible seating arrangement in private space, co-sharing space or the express work space. You choose your time according to your work preference and your budget; 5 days per month, 10 days, or full time. There are no fixed contracts or long term lease requirements, just month to month flexibility to suit your business needs. In addition, we have designed over 50% of our space for common areas such as meeting rooms, executive board rooms, a state-of-art multimedia presentation room and a unique private business coffee club set in a funky, brick and beam café style with comfortable seating, serving international espresso coffee. * All members receive welcome package upon signup. $245 Value * Membership

Memberships with Access include complementary credits toward the use of meeting rooms and board rooms for 10% of your membership monthly amount. As an example, the ‘Co-Share Space’ membership for $595 per month would include $59.50 of credits toward meeting rooms. The “Express meeting room” rents for $25 per hour, thus you can use this meeting room for over 2 hours per month complimentary.
